Hi welcome to the health care magic

In CT scan report consolidation present along with bronchiolitis...
Bronchiolitis is lower respiratory tract infection..

As consolidation present, possibly pneumonia is also present leading pleural effusion as well..

Your further work up done as follow..
-CBC
-Auscultation
-sputum examination and culture
(sputum AFB stain also done to rule out tuberculosis)

According to cause further specific treatment given (the cause whether bacterial or other tuberculous organism or fungal infection will be decided by above investigations)

If bacterial pneumonia detected than antibiotic course needed for that...

If pleural Fluid collection more than tapping needed to remove it...

Take care

Hope your concern solved

Consult pulmonologoist for examination and your treatment...
